Custom Creations

Choose from one-off or limited-edition designs, or commission a bespoke piece crafted especially for you.
Custom orders typically take 3–5 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials involved.
If you need your piece sooner, please get in touch — I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeframe.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commission.
Please note: once design and production have commenced, commissions cannot be refunded for a change of mind.

Most commissions are discussed through email, phone, or video consultation to ensure your story and vision are captured with care.

Returns Policy

Commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

For jewellery purchased directly through the website, returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of delivery.

Returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an online order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase so a refund can be issued before production begins.

Size Guide

Getting the right fit is essential — especially for rings.
Some styles can be resized, while others need to be custom-made to your exact measurements.

If you’re unsure of your size, email brayheta@icloud.com with your name and postal address, and we’ll send you a ring sizing gauge.

When measuring:

Choose the finger you’ll wear the ring on.
Measure several times to ensure accuracy.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are warm and slightly swollen.

If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, take two measurements and choose a size in between — ensuring the ring slides comfortably over the knuckle while fitting securely once on.
