Commission a Piece Made to Carry Your Story
A bespoke piece begins with more than a design. It begins with the person, story, connection or moment you want the piece to represent.
I work with you to create one-of-a-kind jewellery and carvings in bone, sterling silver and gold — individually designed and handcrafted with meaning.
Bespoke commissions generally begin from $1,000 AUD.
How the Commission Process Works
Most commissions begin with a conversation about your idea, the story behind the piece, your preferred materials, budget and timeframe.
From there, I work with you to develop the design before moving into the making process, making sure the finished piece feels personal, balanced and true to what you want it to represent.
Custom commissions generally take 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and materials involved. If you have a particular date in mind, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
Consultations can be arranged by email, phone or video, depending on what suits you best.
Changes, Cancellations & Credit
Once work has commenced on your commission, payments become non-refundable, as design time, materials and production have already been committed to your piece.
If you decide not to continue after work has begun, any eligible amount may be held as credit toward a future piece, rather than refunded.
I’ll always aim to discuss any concerns with you first and find the fairest way forward.

For ready-made jewellery purchased directly through the website, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a commission, please contact me as soon as possible.
If work has not yet commenced, I’ll review the order and advise what options are available.
Once design, sourcing of materials, or production has begun, payments are non-refundable because time and costs have already been committed to your piece.
Where appropriate, any eligible amount may be offered as credit toward a future piece.
If circumstances change, please get in touch — I’ll always aim to discuss the situation with you and find a fair way forward.
Ring Size Guide
For the best fit, I recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller where possible.
Finger size can change throughout the day depending on temperature, activity and swelling, so it’s best to measure when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature.
If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, take this into account when choosing your size so the ring can pass comfortably over the knuckle while still fitting securely once worn.
