Delivery & Shipping Information

Delivery Time

Each piece is handcrafted by me — no machines, no mass production — so your patience means the world.
Depending on the item, creation time is usually 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

Once complete, your parcel is shipped via:

  • Express Post (Australia): 1–3 business days, signature required

  • International Express Registered Post: 5–10 business days, depending on region

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of completion.
Please allow for some flexibility — true craftsmanship takes time, and every detail is finished by hand.


Shipping Information

I understand how important it is to receive your jewellery quickly.
Orders placed before midday (AEST) are usually posted the same day, or the next business day at the latest.
During peak periods or special releases, dispatch may take a little longer — but I’ll always keep you informed.

In rare cases, you may be contacted before your parcel is released to confirm details or ensure security. Once confirmed, your order will be sent immediately.


Postage & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
(If you don’t see it within two business days, please check your junk or spam folder.)

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, a collection card will be left with details on where to pick up your parcel.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of being shipped, please contact me at brayheta@icloud.com, and I’ll open an investigation with Australia Post.

Please note: delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control — such as public holidays, customs delays, or natural events. Rest assured, I’ll do everything I can to ensure your jewellery reaches you as soon as possible.


Security

For your protection, I may occasionally contact you to confirm payment details before dispatch.
This ensures your card isn’t being used without consent.
Any attempt to use another person’s card or identity will be reported to the relevant authorities.


Covid-19 Delays

Although most orders continue to ship on time, Covid-related disruptions may occasionally cause unavoidable delays in postal services or production.
If such circumstances arise, I reserve the right to extend delivery times as needed.


Taxes & Duties

International customers, please note that postage costs do not include local taxes or duties.
These are determined by your country’s customs department and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose not to pay the required duties and your parcel is returned to me, I’ll refund your order minus shipping costs and any related fees.

Customs authorities may also hold parcels temporarily for security checks — this is normal and outside my control.


Incorrect Information & Uncollected Parcels

Once your order is placed, shipping details cannot always be changed, so please ensure your information is accurate.
If you notice an error, email me immediately at brayheta@icloud.com — I’ll do my best to help if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched.

Business addresses must include the business name.
Orders returned due to incorrect details or uncollected parcels cannot be refunded for postage costs.

By placing an order, you confirm that all entered information — including your shipping address — is correct and complete.
