Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags attached and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Please note: sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your piece isn’t quite right, I offer a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

How to Return

  1. Email me at brayheta@icloud.com to start your return.

  2. Return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Ensure it arrives unworn, in original condition, and securely packaged.

Once your return is received and approved, I’ll issue your store credit via email, valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Incorrect Size or Fit

Not sure about your size? I’m happy to help before you purchase — just email brayheta@icloud.com for guidance.

If you do need to swap a size, please return your item within 30 days. Once received and approved, I’ll issue a store credit so you can reorder in the correct size.

Returns with Afterpay or ZipPay

If you’ve purchased using Afterpay or ZipPay and return your item, your scheduled payments will continue as normal.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit for the full amount paid — valid for 12 months.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you’ve made an error or need to make a change, please email brayheta@icloud.com as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, I’ll do my best to update it for you.

Handmade Variations

Each piece is handcrafted by me — no two are exactly the same.
Because I often carve in natural materials like bone, subtle variations in colour or grain may occur.
I take great care to match tones as closely as possible, but these natural differences are part of what make your piece truly one of a kind.

Sterling silver and gold pieces will match the photographs shown.
