The Tui Koru Hei Matau brings that feeling into a piece you can wear close.

I hand-carve each pendant from natural bone, bringing the Tui into the sweeping curve of the hei matau. Look closely and you’ll see the feather details flow into koru spirals, drawing your eye through the design. The bird’s poised head and the rising point of the hook give the piece a strong presence, while the satin polish leaves a soft, warm feel.

Together, these forms carry the story of a guardian for the journey—a quiet reminder to hold close the people, places and experiences that shape you as you move towards what comes next.

Perhaps it marks a new beginning. Perhaps it keeps a connection to home close to your heart. Given to someone you love, it can carry a simple message: wherever you go, you take a part of us with you.
